SEND Administrator needed with Worcestershire County Council SEND Administrator needed with Worcestershire County Council Start Date- ASAP Location – Worcester Duration – Initially 3 months Hours per week – 35 hours per week Salary – £13.06 ltd an hour Description: To undertake tasks associated with the EHC backssment, EHC Planning, EHC Annual Review and Phase transfer processes, as determined by the Senior SEND Caseworker, SEND Team Manager or SEND Group Manager Drafting and sending letters/zip files/consults/funding information and other documentation to relevant parties Updating EHCPs following tribunal rulings, proof reading and paying attention to detail, ensuring any amendments are made within statutory timescales Responding to online and telephone queries from parents/carers, educational settings, WCF staff and other professionals What is required NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification English and Maths GCSEExperience of working in an administrative role within an environment that requires flexibility and working to established deadlineinteractionperience of using databases for data recording and extraction, and experience of Microsoft Office to support the production of reports Understanding of parental and provider perspectives in relation to children and young people with SEND If you are interested please call Jemma Molloy on 01772 xyzxyz or email me your CV – If this role isn’t right for you, but you know someone who would fit perfectly to our engaged and devoted team and you refer them, you will receive a referral bonus of £250.
