Our client is looking for a generalist Accounts Assistant who may or may not require study. The role which will support the Finance Manager across a number of duties. The role will support our businesses growth plans through finance and the other supportive teams. Duties day to day are bias to transactional bias responsibilities. This is a hands-on role where you will be liaising with multiple departments across the business. Read on to see if you fit the profile Responsible for analysing financial information and data and producing financial reports relating to the ledger Supporting the Finance Manager in month end Reviewing and Implementing controls and processes to improve accounts and month end duties within the ledger Supporting the annual budgeting process for the area Supporting the Finance Manager ad hoc with month end duties/prep Reviewing and Implementing controls and processes to improve accounts processes Intercompany charges and reconciliations as required Accounts payable and receivable duties Maintain Fixed Asset Register Intercompany charges and reconciliations as required Ensuring that accounts receivable are fully up to date in terms of debt collection and reviewing debtor days The duties and responsibilities of the role may vary and change depending on the business needs.
