About Our Opportunity This position reports to Child Care Subsidy Team Lead and will be a key team player supporting the subsidy and licencing team. In this role, you will respond to a high volume of applications and inquiries from applicants, clients, staff, and other government departments. Using your sound organizational skills and strong attention to detail, you will ensure the integrity of data, records, and services provided. Work is performed in a fast paced, highly sensitive, confidential environment. This is a perfect opportunity for you if you are attentive to detail, highly meticulous and proficient with spreadsheets, report writing, and computer systems (including case management software and online applications and portals). As the Clerk, you are critical in providing accurate information and responding to requests in a timely manner; ensuring there are no impacts to services for Nova Scotians.
