Annual earnings up to $90-$100K Required Qualifications: 5 + years HVAC experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Familiarity with pricing, billing, and ability to understand financial reports Experience in building and managing positive, productive teams Pass a pre-employment background check Proficiency with, or ability to learn scheduling software program(s) for the purpose of dispatching / project management Dependable Service plumbing and Air is currently hiring an HVAC Service Manager to lead a rapidly growing HVAC team. Interested candidates will possess a passion to help strengthen our team through their leadership as well as ensure that we deliver the ultimate client experience on every visit. Ability to work within a collaborative leadership team, to not only lead the HVAC business but to lead the company as a whole through your contributions and experience. This candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing and achieving numbers set for the department by the leadership team. Managing a team of 10+ technicians in all aspects.
