We offer both commercial and residential plumbing services providing our customers with high-quality customer service, prompt and reliable tech services, and top-quality workmanship utilizing industry best practices on every job.We are seeking a Plumber Apprentice to join our team! This role will effectively and efficiently perform minor to moderately complex service work on plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments under the direct supervision of a Journeyman or Master Plumber. Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, some overtime and weekends may be required Pay: $19 - $25 per hour depending on experience Benefits: Medical, 401k with Company Match, Paid Vacation & Holidays, PTO Essential Job Responsibilities Assist the Journeyman or Master Plumber with replacing, installing, or repairing all types of plumbing fixtures such as water closets, sinks, drinking fountains, showers, kitchen, laboratory, and other heating, water, or drainage systems according to plumbing codes Assist the Journeyman or Master Plumber with diagnosing malfunctions, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and piping systems including clearing plugged waste lines Dig trenches when needed Haul equipment to and from the work site from the work truck Take inventory and track how many materials are for each job Communicate with all customers positively and professionally. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and sketches. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record Be enrolled in an approved apprenticeship program Strong desire to grow your career to a Journeyman Plumber Ability to use tools of the trade including but not limited to plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels, and screwdrivers. Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures Excellent math skills Ability to read blueprints and schematics Ability to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to follow instructions given by the Journeyman or Master Plumber Desired Qualifications Trade school certificate 1 to 3 years of experience in plumbing, maintenance, or related field.
