Coral Beach Resort - Culinary Supervisor $16.00 per hour Coral Beach Resort is hiring a culinary supervisor to be a part of our team at $16.00 per hour , depending on experience. You should enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include preparing a daily production list, ensuring all stations are stocked before and during meal periods, verifying kitchen staff follows all recipes and portions servings correctly, keeping kitchen/storage areas clean & organized, placing food & supply orders as needed, receiving the product and verifying invoices & quality, training employees, setting excellent customer service & work examples, participating as part of the management team, managing staffing levels throughout shift, overseeing food cost, and performing additional work as requested by management. Pay is determined by experience.
