Beach Holidays, LLC - Accounts Payable Clerk $19.50 per hour Beach Holidays, LLC, a three-property hotel group, is now hiring an accounts receivable clerk to be part of our team. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment and supporting our hotel staff. $19.50 per hour based on experience Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience Efficient and organized Good communication skills Attention to detail Duties include but are not limited to: Process invoices and cut checks for all properties Completes and files the new vendor set-up request forms and 1099 information Assists vendors and employees with payment and coding questions. Close Monthly AP in a timely fashion. Performs other duties as assigned.
