Dental Sterilization/Lab Tech Are you self-motivated and enjoy working independently? This is a great opportunity in the dental field! DA I training or previous lab experience required in order to be able to identify instruments and have a basic level of understanding of the patient process. Please apply for consideration if you have the following: o DA I Training or lab experience o Cheerful, positive attitude o Excellent manual dexterity o Detail oriented o Organized o Able to multi-task o Initiative o Quick learner o Good time management o Able to take direction o Exceptional work ethic o Team spirit o Nice appearance Work hours: Monday-Thursday approximately 9-5:00pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Instrument cleaning and preparation o Sterilization o 3-D printing models o Making vacuum form appliances o Cleaning operatories and preparing for the next patient o Ordering, restocking and organizing supplies o Seating patients o Managing patient images Compensation depends on level of expertise; working interview will be required to determine skill level. o $11 per hour minimum o 401K with employer match o Incentive bonus o Vision o Personal time allowance o Uniforms provided o Room for career advancement – if you are a highly motivated individual and can master this position, you will be trained for taking x-rays, patient care tasks, and eventually chair side assisting.
