About the Opportunity Reporting to the Public Health Manager, the Secretary II provides administrative support to the Public Health Manager and Public Health staff. The secretary is responsible, as part of a team, for the effective and efficient operation of the office on a day-to-day basis. Duties include but are not limited to: communicating effectively with Public Health staff, the general public, and outside agencies; typing; filing; reception duties; records management; supply requisitions in SAP; time entry.
