Description:
Faith Presbyterian Hospice, part of Forefront Living, seeks a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This is a significant opportunity to lead a renowned and well-respected hospice program which includes the T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Dallas, Texas. The Executive Director will partner with Forefront Living's COO and the Leadership Team to develop strategies for long-term success and growth, including program expansion and partnerships with healthcare providers in the region. The Executive Director will also be responsible for Faith Presbyterian Hospice's operations and the delivery of high-quality care. They will effectively and efficiently direct operations and partner with the Leadership Team to drive organizational performance and unsurpassed quality care to patients and families. The Executive Director will lead external efforts to build strategic partnerships and expand Faith Presbyterian Hospice's brand. They will be a visible and admired thought leader in the region and beyond. In addition, the Executive Director will participate in local, state and federal advocacy efforts that impact hospice care. They will support development efforts that advance philanthropic support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Masters Degree in health care or related field preferred. At least 5 years prior management experience in a healthcare facility and Hospice management experience required Licensed as a Physician, RN, Social Worker, Therapist, or Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Texas preferred Understands hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group. Familiar with the state regulations for Home and Community-based services and Federal Conditions of Participation; Joint Commission knowledge helpful
