Position Description: The Director - International Tax will report directly to the Director, Tax Operations, located in Rahway, NJ.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Responsible for preparation and review of US international tax compliance forms and disclosures (Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8991, 8992, 8993)Responsible for US international tax calculations, including but not limited to Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, FTC, BEAT, 163j, 986, and 987Advise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for Pillar 2 readiness,Assist with ASC 740 review,Responsible for country-by-country reporting and filing of Form 8975 and Schedule AEnsure timely compliance for international requirements including, FBAR, FATCA and Pillar 2 reporting,Assist with cross-border structuring and planning to support various business initiatives, including analysis and modeling for tax impacts,Develop dividend planning opportunities to repatriate cash in a tax-efficient manner and support Treasury for cash management,Prepare and review responses to the IRS on audits,Complete special assignments and projects as assigned by management,Monitor relevant international legislative and regulatory changes and its impact on the Company's effective tax rate and reporting,Implement and manage automated processes and solutions, aiming for process efficiencies. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of relevant international tax compliance experienceAdvanced degree (MS in Taxation or CPA)Proficient understanding of ASC 740 related to international tax matters and its impact on the effective tax rate,Strong research, analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skillsHighly organized and initiative-taking with strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to take ownership of complex problems,Excellent collaborator with good people skills,Prior management experience with a strong ability to impart knowledge and develop team members,Advanced Excel skills required to support compliance work, review, and model tax analysis,Technology and tax compliance software experience (Corptax, HFM, SAP, SmartView).
