Deputy Scheduler (Fixed Term Contract)Industry: Property Maintenance Location: Ryde Hours: 40 hours per week Days: Monday - Friday Duration: 12 months Duties: Working closely with contracts team to ensure efficient and effective resourcing of repair appointments and allocation of materials, operatives and subcontractors, Contacting residents to schedule works ensuring contracted response times are met, Monitor appointment status and ensuring the job management systems used to deliver the service are maintained, Collect and collate client and resident feedback, escalating issues in relation to quality of works or timescale, Ensure all invoicing information is correct to accurately capture costs. Experience: Must have previous scheduling experience and strong administrative and communication skills. Previous property maintenance or construction industry experience is an advantage. Must have good knowledge of the Isle of Wight area. Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
