PA to CEO in the Media Sector Farringdon, London Up to £35,000 dependent on experience Full time, permanent I am searching for an excellent PA to join a prominent media production company, who have a global reach and fantastic reputation for producing video content of the highest calibre. This would be an excellent opportunity for an established C-Suite PA, or a junior candidate used to supporting at team / VP level, to step up into a high profile and rewarding role. Your new role: You will work closely with the CEO to assist in all matters relating to the business and his private matters. Assisting the Chief Executive with day to day dutieinteractiontensive diary management Help manage private matters relating to accommodation, utility bills, builders, gardeners etc Arranging travel itineraries, visas and passports Minute taking at Management meetings and any other meetings when required What you'll need to succeed: Proven track record of success in a similar role High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google Must be organised and meticulous Sound planning and organisational ability Must have a high level of confidentiality Polished written, telephone, and face-to-face communication skills Positive, assertive and resilient Ability to work calmly under pressure.
