Administration Assistant : Hencoed Up to GBP23000 + Company bonus + Benefits Leading IT company with offices throughout the UK are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their Wales office, assisting in the administration process ensuring sales orders and deliveries arrive on time and the high standards of the business are maintained. for the Administration Assistant the following skills are required 2 years experience in an administration role, ideally from an office environment Demonstrate a range of clerical duties including : order processing, speaking to customers on the phone, raising PO Numbers, interacting with different divisions of the business and ensuring deliveries arrive on time and any issues are resolved efficiently. Excellent communication skills, ideally experience on a CRM system and all Microsoft packages. Full driving license. The Administration Assistant will be site based 5 days a week and a key element will be to help monitor the arrival and departure of goods to the business warehouse and interacting with suppliers highlighting process issues. The role will come with specific training and a company bonus.
