Who You'll Work With: We are seeking a Nashville, TN based Pricing & Valuations Senior Analyst to join our Pricing & Valuations Department in Global Technology & Operations. What You'll Do: The Pricing & Valuations Senior Analyst role provides a dynamic and stimulating work environment with exposure to a wide range of funds within a multi-billion dollar asset management company. On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Analyst will interact with other teams within the firm gaining a hands-on experience in operations. AB is committed to continuous learning and offers a multitude of in-house learning opportunities for its employees. The Pricing team supports core functions at AB including Global Fund Accounting, Client Reporting and Performance, Portfolio Management, Legal and Compliance, and Financial Reporting. They are responsible for timely and accurate valuations of all assets held in client accounts affecting daily valuation, Mutual Fund NAV's, trading, regulatory and financial reporting.The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the core reporting structure and Fair Valuation function within AB Pricing Group. The increased scrutiny by regulators and clients means this space is always evolving and will offer exposure to various parts of the firm, asset types and their respective lifecycles. The Senior Analyst will engage with senior level members across multiple groups. The Pricing & Valuations Senior Analyst will: Conduct thorough research on securities and prices to ensure accurate reporting and EOD pricing. Evaluate vendor recommendations and challenge them when necessary.Review pricing exceptions and respond to inquiries from custodians, internal and external auditors, portfolio managers, and regulators.Collaborate with AB Funds administration and actively participate in Valuation Committee reviews and meetings.Document daily proceedings from the Valuation Committee meetings.Perform ad hoc pricing analyses of portfolios or target portfolios to improve thresholds and other validation metrics.Update and maintain an internal Fair Value reporting database.Assist in monthly SEC reporting, technology projects, program initiatives, and regulatory updates.Hybrid attendance (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree (required)3-5 years' experienceStrong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across various audiences.Comprehensive knowledge of multiple asset classes such as bonds, stocks, structured products and derivatives.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.Programming skills (preferred).Experience managing a team (preferred).
