Possessing strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities in addition to communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are also important. This position will be in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where you will be handling multiple concurrent projects while working independently and in teams. This role will have a strong Business Intelligence component and those with a BI background are strongly encouraged to apply.Basic Qualifications: Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree plus at least 6 years of experience in data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master's Degree plus at least 4 years of experience in data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a PhD plus at least 1 year of experience in data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience At least 4 years of programming experiencePreferred Qualifications: Master's DegreeAt least 7 years of professional data analysis work experienceAt least 1 year of experience in people managementAt least 1 years of project management experienceAt least 1 year of experience with Python, R, Spark or SQLAt least 1 year of experience in TableauProficient utilizing and developing within AWS service Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.
