AFC Urgent Care - Fairfield -Full Time shifts 3 or 4 days/week, 14 shifts every 4 weeks Employed Sign-On Bonus:$2500 Compensation:Starting at $250,000 + profit sharing Benefits: - Full Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision paid for employee - Profit-Sharing - 401k - 2 weeks PTO (increases to 3 after first 12 months) - 1 week CME with a $3,000 stipend - 100% Paid Malpractice Insurance- $2,500 relocation assistance Additional Info:Our goal is to exceed our patient's expectations for compassionate, high-quality medical care in a quick and convenient manner.Qualifications: - FM Board Certified - Minimum of 3 years of experience working in urgent care or emergency room - Must be eligible for DOT certification and USCIS certification (AFC will pay for certification)
