As a bilingual CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse customer base, providing exceptional service and assistance to resolve inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and zoom in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with product information, sales processing and general client inquiries.
