Job Description: Senior Accountant (Japanese Bilingual) About the Company We are a leading mid-sized international accounting firm. About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with a variety of accounting duties. They will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Preparing financial statements Performing reviews and compilations Providing tax planning and compliance services Assisting with financial reporting and analysis Working with clients to meet their accounting and financial needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm CPA is a plus Fluent in both Japanese and English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals Chance to make a real impact on our clients' businesses Remote work option
