Document Control AnalystBUSINESS: IndustrialLOCATION: Monroe, NCDIRECT REPORTING: Quality ManagerFUNCTIONAL REPORTING: OperationsPOSITION DETAILSPosition SummaryThe Document Control Analyst will process and file Quality Assurance (QA) related documentation in Defense for completed products to maintain quality and reliability of the system by performing the following duties.Principal Activities * Handle, process, interpret, evaluate and file Quality documentation and confers with management or QA and Inspection staff to determine status and required actions. * Coordinate with QA Techs to processes all documentation related to completed job through the Supplier documentation website for closures of orders. * Communicate with Supplier Reps to request documentation and amended certifications. * File current purchase order, certifications and arrival reports. File archived purchase orders, customer orders and other related documentation required to be maintained to meet records retention requirements. * Maintain Quality Process Document library Job Requirements:CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSKnowledge Skills & Abilities * Ability to work safely in the office environment and manufacturing environment. * Recommend improvements to the current process to meet or exceed customer expectations. * Other clerical duties and tasks as assigned by Quality Management. Education & Experience * Typically requires a minimum level of knowledge that is acquired through a four-year college degree in an applicable field and three years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
