Responsibilities:• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.• Build hose assemblies to client specifications and stock desired inventory.• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to increase revenue.• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns following company procedures. Qualifications:• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.• Strong interpersonal communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with hydraulic & pneumatic systems and point-of-sale systems.• US Work Authorization.
