Burn Boot Camp is looking for a full-time Lead Trainer who will thrive in an environment where they are able to influence not only the lives of our members and teammates, but also the direction of the company. The Lead Trainer focuses on lifestyle - including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT) - and creates an environment of support to exceed our clients’ expectations. The Lead Trainer will be responsible for supporting growth of the member base, and promoting additional revenue streams and system-wide challenges to diversify revenue. Our Lead Trainer leads with appreciation, passion and excitement, and is the driving force in providing a positive community for change, as well as growth for the business. Responsibilities Deliver dynamic and challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels, while leading a team of trainers to execute the standards of Burn Boot Camp trainingStrong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at one time, providing form correction and modifications to all in a positive and encouraging wayTrain approximately 20-25 camps per week - Lead, motivate, and modify for clients of all fitness levels through intense and safe training sessionsLead a team– Uphold the high standards of Burn Boot Camp within your training team through consistent team training and developmentFacilitate and execute consistent training sessions with the training team to ensure constant growth and progressionUnderstand the needs and goals of the business and influence the gym to hit targetsNutrition consultations- Facilitate client success, tracking, uphold client attendance and accountabilityExcellent customer service— Add more value to our members by providing genuine interaction, empathetic engagement, and consistent devotion to their goalsKnowledge— Possess the skills and ability to conduct and communicate safe and effective exercises for clients of all backgrounds and experience levelsFacility management— Assist with maintaining studio standards of equipmentUtilize a combination of the Burn Boot Camp sales approach and your personality to drive membership growth“Lead up” by identifying areas of opportunity to improve the business and working with the leadership team to execute a planBe a positive addition to the company culture and make Burn Boot Camp a place where teammates and members love to be Qualifications Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science or Kinesiology degree requiredCPR/AED certifiedMinimum 1 year experience in personal training or coaching group fitness with no gap in experienceAbility to work and train clients of all ages and fitness backgroundsAbility to work within and drive a team environmentPositive attitude, energetic, highly motivated, and funTrain within the Burn Boot Camp guidelinesMust be able to give clear instruction, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goalsAbility to pass the Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning Test (SAC) Benefits Endless opportunities for career growthLeadership growth and training that includes 15 hours of online pre-work, and 1 week all expenses paid training taught at Burn Boot Camp HeadquartersFlexible scheduleBonus opportunities
