Brown Technologies Incorporated is currently seeking a Senior Contract and Acquisition Analyst supporting the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Project Office. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience related to government contract development, management, and execution. Responsibilities include: Serve as a Contract and Acquisition Analyst within a US Army Project Office building Contracts Requirements Packages Provide programmatic support in the areas of Contract and Business plans and integration for aviation programs Advise the US Government Lead and Product Offices on contract requirements and other business-related issues affecting the managed fleets. Provide guidance on regulatory requirements governed by the FAR/DFAR Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedures Participate in program management reviews and compliance activities across a broad spectrum of services and contract types Required Skills and Experience: Clearance Required: Secret BS/BA with a minimum of 8 years of experience related to government contract development, management and execution Expertise developing a government Contract Requirement Package for multiple contract types: service, BOAs, IDIQ, cost type contracts, firm fixed price contracts and incentives Must have experience in complex actions, urgent actions, levels of approval/authorities; including coordinating Statement of Work (SOW) requirements with the requestor and developing the Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements Must possess the ability to build the government Contract Requirements Packages working with Product Office functional area personnel and to work independently Must possess effective interpersonal skills and sound analytical skills.
