Central Florida’s finest luxury homebuilder, located in Florida’s beautiful horse country, is currently seeking to build a team of experienced master craftsmen and finish carpenters to complete our custom homebuilding team. With a rapidly growing project list of 5,000-12,000 SF custom estates under construction and pre-construction, there is a need for experienced wood artisans with a strong work ethic, pride, and dedication to their craft. All of our ELH homes feature beautiful, detailed woodworking in all areas of the home. Join our team and put your fingerprint on building a legacy of luxury. Responsibilities : Install, repair, and maintain interior and exterior finish carpentry components. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Measure, cut, and shape materials according to project needs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Uphold our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Finish Carpenter. Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
