Club Pilates is a reformer based boutique fitness concept. This role presents Club Pilates to potential members to win new members and provides exceptional customer service to our members. Candidates with an outgoing personality, customer service and sales experience are encouraged to apply. HOURS: This role is part-time with about 10-15 hours per week. This is NOT a summer position. We are looking for someone that can work year round. Evening shifts (3-7) and Weekends Needed REQUIREMENTS: Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues verbally and in writing Previous Sales experience preferably in a fitness setting Previous Customer Service experience Proficient computer skills Good working knowledge of social media to be able to post and engage members and prospects RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide great customer service Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS: This position offers an hourly rate and commission paid on sales Powered by JazzHR
