Candidates must be licensed in New Jersey and New York and have excellent writing skills. The firm practices in the areas of general business litigation, chancery litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, debtor/creditor disputes, real estate litigation, arbitration and mediation, and personal injury litigation. Responsibilities:• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive briefs, motions, and other legal documents to support cases.• To provide comprehensive and effective legal representation for clients• Review and edit contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations• Communicate complex legal information clearly and effectively to clients, colleagues, and external parties Qualifications:• Attorney Experience• Passed Bar Exam• US Work Authorization• Excellent writing skills Compensation: $120,000 yearly About Company: We approach each case with the strategic precision of a chess grandmaster, ensuring our clients navigate the complexities of the law with a partner who anticipates every move and positions them for victory.
