What you’ll do: Conduct office drug and alcohol testing following Tomo Drug Testing procedures Testing will be performed for workplace, court and student testing programs Maintain and upkeep Tomo owned equipment Record tests completed through billables on a daily basis Coordinate and submit testing paperwork daily Submit client updates to the program administration department, if applicable Provide client feedback and growth opportunities to your District Manager Create raving fans through customer service Other reasonably related duties as assigned What you bring: A desire to make a difference Excellent customer service capabilities The ability to problem solve and think independently Quick learner with a high capacity for new information and skills Basic computer skills Benefits available (Full Time): 401(k) (if requirements are met) Supplemental insurance Holidays and vacation time Wage: $15.50/hour and the opportunity for a quarterly performance bonus.
