Senior Director, HR Business Partner

Description:
The Senior Director, HR Business Partner will play a crucial part in integrating human capital strategies and alignment with business objectives, including proactively assessing the efficiency and talent of the organization based on key metrics, industry trends, and external best practices. They also collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage enterprise solutions to complex business issues that enable business results. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic consultant to senior Finance leaders when integrating HR practices into decision making and planning. Improve leader effectiveness through coaching and help guide leaders through sensitive employee matters in partnership with HR COEs. Proactively identify human capital issues and trends that affect business performance, and lead through required actions. Leverage internal & external data-driven insights, best practices, and trends in partnership with COEs, to influence business outcomes and drive positive, impactful change to meet long-term priorities. Collaborate closely with COEs and staff function colleagues, contribute to the HR aspects of critical initiatives and corporate development activity originating from or impacting the Finance organization. Maintain broad perspective to help identify innovative enterprise solutions. Leverage enterprise-wide programs, policies, practices and tools to improve business results and mitigate risk. Consult with the business and Lead HRBP for Staff groups on complex organizational changes and actively lead through transformational change as a trusted partner. Directly or indirectly lead other team members, including coaching, development and performance management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ Years of relevant experience. Ability to think creatively and use business knowledge to help inform HR solutions and ensure they are "fit for purpose" to solve unique business / regional needs. Knowledge of standard HR practices with ability to understand the business vision, strategy, priorities, financial, and performance measures, competitive landscape, business functions, global capabilities, and goals. Positive relationship management, coaching and influencing skills and proven experience acting as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership to successfully drive a strategic HR agenda aligned with enterprise efforts. Strong communication skills and demonstrated consultative and collaborate approach, with the ability to influence at all levels through storytelling. Ability to confidently navigate organizational complexities and leverage knowledge of the business to achieve strategic objectives. Skilled in interpreting data to diagnose problems/patterns and provide leaders with insights. Actively networked to understand HR best practices and trends. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent. PHR or SPHR certification. Experience supporting a Finance organization for a Fortune 250 organization.
