Duties:Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex commercial litigation matters.Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.Provide strategic guidance and support to clients throughout the litigation process.Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.Assist with all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.Maintain meticulous case files and documentation for reference and compliance purposes. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Ohio State Bar; additional state bar admissions are advantageous.Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation best practices.Exceptional writing and research skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.Prior clerkship experience preferred but not required. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Ohio State Bar; additional state bar admissions are advantageous.
