The ideal candidate will be interested in representing public sector clients across the country in complex procurement and contract work for large-scale public works projects.Duties:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, bids, and proposals for public sector clients.Provide legal advice and guidance on procurement regulations and compliance issues.Conduct legal research and analysis on various aspects of public contracts and infrastructure projects.Assist in dispute resolution and litigation related to public contracts and infrastructure matters.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.3-5 years of experience in corporate transactional, procurement, or government contracts law.Strong understanding of public procurement laws and regulations.Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong understanding of corporate transactional and contract law principles.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting legal documents.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
