Our employees use their creativity and talent to invent new solutions, meet demands, and offer the most effective services available in our industry.*Trinity Trace Community Care Center* is seeking a *Certified Nursing Assistant Transportation Driver* to join our TEAM!CommCare Corporation invites you to become a part of an innovative team and one of the fastest-growing Retirement Living, Home Health and Hospice Companies that spans across Louisiana and Mississippi with over 2,000 healthcare professionals!CommCare Corporation s mission is to be an innovative leader in the development and delivery of quality health care services, and to be committed to a learning environment that attracts and develops dedicated care givers.*Essential Job Responsibilities*The Certified Nursing Assistant Transportation Driver under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services to provide transportation services for facility Residents using the facility van.Work with nursing staff to schedule medical appointments.Transport residents to and from their medical appointments.In coordination with nursing staff ensure that proper medical documents are accurate for transport to medical visits/appointments.Maintain safety and comfort of residents during transportation.Keep a detailed log of all transports.Maintain the routine van mileage log.In coordination with facility maintain and schedule routine van maintenance.*Qualifications*Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).Valid Louisiana Drivers License.Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, residents, families, and physicians.Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.Sociable, courteous, and sympathetic.Public relations Skills.*Other Qualifications*Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.Capable of providing emergency care as needed for any resident in the facility.Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.Physical DemandsStanding, sitting, bending, stooping.Ability to walk up and down stairs.Ability to assist with loading residents on and off van.*We are committed to giving our employees only the very best, providing not only competitive salaries and wages, but also a large selection of benefits.**All offers of employment are subject to the completion of a satisfactory background check and reference check and eligibility for the participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs.**CommCare Corporation is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer**cc104*Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePhysical setting:* Long term care* Nursing homeLicense/Certification:* CNA Certification (Required)* Chauffeur's Driver's License (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Covington, LA 70433: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
