The ideal candidate will have previous experience in lien and/or mortgage foreclosure law, familiarity with legal documents, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Job Overview:Representing Community Association clients in lien and mortgage foreclosure proceedingsDrafting legal documents, advising on legal transactions, and negotiating settlementsWorking collaboratively in a team environment with paralegals and administrative support staff Duties:Representing clients in lien and mortgage foreclosure proceedingsDrafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents related to foreclosure actionsAdvising clients on business and legal transactions pertaining to foreclosure mattersNegotiating settlements with opposing parties on behalf of clientsRepresenting clients in court hearings and proceedings as necessaryEnsuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulationsPerforming administrative and management functions related to the practice of law Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the Florida State Bar in good standingPrevious experience in lien and/or mortgage foreclosure law preferredFamiliarity with various legal documents related to foreclosure actionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clients and communicate effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills Certifications:Admission to Florida Bar
