Compensation: Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Responsibilities:• Manage executives' calendars and schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism• Flexibility with working hours, as some overtime or occasional evening/weekend work may be required• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner• Take minutes during meetings• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree required• Strong organizational skills and time management skills• Skilled at posting openings online and using a variety of tools and services• Proficient in excel and Microsoft word• Problem solver and Action-taker• Positive attitude • Proficient with social media, to be able to respond to all of my notifications and able to take photos and videos• Has to have experience working in a high pace environment Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly About Company: ROI Construction is a second-generation roofing company providing customers with a Positive Return On Investment with their roof, siding, gutters, and solar needs.
