In the rapidly evolving world of information technology, the role of a SAP Security Officer has become increasingly more important, especially in organizations that handle time-dominant sensitive data. As the SAP Security Officer, you will play a vital role in the overall security of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. You are responsible for maintaining and managing SAP security integrity to ensure that all security measures are up to date and effective for the protection of sensitive data from unauthorized access and potential security breaches. You will identify any potential weaknesses or areas for improvement in current policies and procedures to develop and implement updated SOPs to ensure that security standards are as effective as possible. You will contribute to risk management efforts and protocols to aid in the identification and mitigation of potential security risks for the prevention of security incidents to ensure perpetuity of SAP engagements. To provide risk management solutions, you will oversee physical, industrial, and personnel security measures, including SCIF accreditations, personnel adjudications/verifications/authorizations/indoctrinations/briefs/debreifs, access control, compliance regulations, and adherence policies. Your contributions to a well-maintained SAP security environment ensures that the organization has transparent user authorizations and reduced SoD complications and assures that sensitive data within SAP systems is protected against unauthorized access and potential breaches. Requirements: Active TS/SCI Clearance Bachelor’s degree 7 years of experience with >3 years within the DoD/IC and >2 years of SMS and CAC Experience in Industry, Personnel, Physical, and Operational security At least 3 years of experience working with SAP processing procedures Familiarity with IC policy and directives Experience creating and utilizing SIC/JADE accounts Experience with submitting SAP access/access management Ability to maintain SAP training Indoctrination experience Leadership experience in managing security activities Join us, where your skills don’t just create solutions – they create a safer future!
