The Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in handling a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to providing superior client support while contributing to the firm's growth. Duties:Manage a substantial caseload within the field of creditor's rights.Resolve issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.Preferably, handle appellate matters and possess knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code.Assist in growing the firm's presence as a top-performing entity.Demonstrate familiarity with the Massachusetts legal system and provide unfettered judgment.Provide superior client support through confident and effective communication. Requirements:1-3 years of mortgage foreclosure experience.Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.Ability to obtain licenses in Massachusetts federal district and bankruptcy courts.Strong leadership skills and a commitment to professional growth.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar. Skills:Proficiency in handling a high volume of cases.Strong understanding of creditor's rights laws and procedures.Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Dedication to providing exceptional client service.
