As we continue to grow our presence both online and offline, we are seeking a talented and results driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help us elevate our sales strategies and growth. Salary: 70,000 - 90,000/year Benefits: 70% company contribution towards medical, dental, and vision insurance. Accrued paid time off 8 paid holidays per year Discounts on our products Eligible for an annual incremental bonus based on company-defined results (non-guaranteed) Thrive in an open office environment that fosters collaboration and communication Job Summary As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating, executing and optimizing our marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive in store traffic, and support overall business growth. Your expertise in brand marketing, cause marketing, and data analysis will be crucial in maintaining a strong top-of-mind presence and fostering meaningful connections with our brand and community of loyal fans. Responsibilities Develop, implement and execute a regional/national marketing plans for assigned markets as an extension of national initiatives focused on driving in-store sales/cups Build and identify key brand partnerships with community partners and likeminded brands Develop and execute market-wide mobile app promotions and programs to drive sales and traffic Lead internal and external communications for new products and promotions across executive leadership, internal stakeholders, franchisees and field Operations and agencies Oversee 7 Leaves' brand entry into new and mature markets during pre-opening, opening and beyond Measure, evaluate and formally report on marketing initiatives post mortem Ideate and execute marketing/product calendar including but not limited to: events, activations, collaborations and promotions Work closely with Store Managers and District Managers on a day-to-day basis to educate team on regional and national marketing initiatives and train team to execute their own local store marketing Lead, mentor and drive professional development within the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment; identify opportunities for professional development with timely and formalized 1:1 feedback commensurating in annualized performance evaluations Work cross functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Development and Finance teams Assess and identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis, consumer insights, menu, and macro consumer trends Travel will be required for this position Competencies Attention to detail with an eye for excellence (seriously, if attention to detail does not come naturally to you, this position is not the best fit). Outgoing personality and excellent project management skills; must bring energy every day, you are the epitome of the 7L Tribe! Exceptional follow up and ability to recap results in a comprehensive manner written, verbally and digitally; a visual graphics storyteller Team driven by nature and having the willingness/eagerness to learn technology, embracing constant change and apply learning to those around you Thrives in high stress situations at times of expansive growth or short timelines for deadlines; able to navigate ambiguous situations and employ common sense where possible Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, and Adobe (preferred), CapCut, MailChimp, Jotform, Airtable and any other marketing related software Ability to provide hospitality focused field support to corporate partners and franchise owners embodying our first Core Value, Serve Customers or Those Who Are Can conquer multiple projects concurrently from inception through completion within specified timelines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills but has the self-awareness on how to ask for guidance and help regarding issues on projects, etc Approaches problems with an observational mindset but is able to pivot quickly (and pivot again) Positive, personable, and comfortable working in a creative free flowing environment and coming up with innovative outside the box thinking, a natural intellectual curiosity High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills; able to see non-verbal communication queues. Ability to cultivate a successful team collaboration spirit Education Bachelor's degree (preferred) in marketing, communication, public relations or business administration or equivalent combination of education & experience Preferred reading(s): "Traction," by Gino Wickman "5 Dysfunctions of a Team," by Patrick Lencioni "Start with Why," by Simon Sinek Experience ~3-5+ year marketing experience, preferably for a multi-unit restaurant or retail brand. Strong comprehension of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as a measurement of growth and evaluation Working knowledge of Objective Key Results (OKR's) as a directional management philosophy Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and/or ladders, reaching, twisting, sitting and running Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs Job Posted by ApplicantPro
