Summary The Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) shall perform, or review, technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies. Validates and verifies system security requirements definitions and analysis and establishes system security designs. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Active DoD TS//SCI Security Clearance with Poly is required. Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), Jr. Seven (7) years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described above. Eleven (11) years of ISSE experience is required with a High School Diploma. DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE Level 2 is required. Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), Mid Fourteen (14) years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described above. Eighteen (18) years of ISSE experience is required with a High School Diploma. DoD 8570.01-M compliance with IASAE Level 2 is required CISSP Certification required. Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), Senior Twenty (20) years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required with a Bachelor's degree as described above. Eighteen (18) years of experience is required with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or a related discipline. Twenty-four (24) years of ISSE experience is required with a High School Diploma. DoD 8570 compliance with IASAE level 3 is required Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) and CISSP Certifications are required.
