Job Quick Facts: Specialty: Pulmonology & Critical Care Job Type: Permanent Facility Location: Moultrie, GA Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Vacancy Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Clinic Schedule: - Mon-Thurs: 8a-5p - Fri: 8a-12p Call Schedule: TBD Patient Census: 18+ per day Support Staff: 1 Pulmonologist & 1 NP Specialty Backup: Full Hospitalist team Beds in the Dept: 10 Other Info: - Open ICU - Clinic is within walking distance to the Hospital Requirements: BC/BE Benefits: Excellent compensation Health Insurance provided in exchange for precepting at least 6 medical students or residents each year 403b (optional) & CME allowance Malpractice Coverage Relocation Assistance; 2paid house-hunting trips and relocation/credentialing allowance Student Loan Assistance ($30,000/yr for 5 yrs) Profit sharing per quarter; additional $10/hr bonus if goals are met 24-hr physicians lounge with meals provided 24-hr employee fitness center provided on-site Residents/fellows are offered either a stipend from time of contract signing until employment start ($4,000-5,000 per month) OR may opt for a sign-on bonus Community Highlights: Awarded as Georgia's Downtown community for 2022; and one of Georgia's Top 5 Places to spend the holidays Within 3 hours of Georgia coast and Florida beaches as well as Atlanta, Tallahassee, and Jacksonville metro areas Excellent public schools World class diving facility Nationally ranked gymnastics Top-ranked football team Low cost of living Activities for the entire family to enjoy A place where family, church and community are central to ones lifestyle.
