Pay rate is USD $21.25, About the Role: The Oven Operator - 3rd Shift role at the Lancaster PA location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Responsible for monitoring process through LD display gauges and checking against checklist and established procedures. Listen for alarms and lasers to detect problemsObtaining and delivering samples for testing to the lab every hour per set procedureCleans floor behind oven. Remove empty skids, gathers up all trash and take to dumpster, cleans under and around all kilnsEnsures good manufacturing procedures by following housekeeping standardsEnsures efficient and quality production and positive employee relations by complying with all employment policies, rules, regulations, safety procedures, good manufacturing procedures, product protection standards and actively participating in all training requirementsAbout You:You'll fit right in if you have:Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and writtenExperience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plusThe ability to work overtime and weekends Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
