A company is looking for a Grievance Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough investigations into member complaints and achieve resolution Research, gather information, and document investigations for each grievance Communicate status of assignments in weekly internal meetings and escalate urgent issues Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1+ years of related work experience or equivalent knowledge and skills Ability to maintain high ethical standards Ability to remain fair and identify facts Organizational skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
