A company is looking for a General Ledger Accountant for a remote full-time position. Key Responsibilities: Perform various accounting tasks related to properties, including bank reconciliation, journal entries, and loan posting Conduct monthly closing of accounting books and respond to tenant inquiries regarding CAM reconciliation Prepare reports for management and assist with other accounting projects as assigned Qualifications: Accounting degree and CPA license required Cum laude or better graduate from university 2-4 years of accounting experience, with real estate accounting experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi experience preferred Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
