Joint Logistics, FedEx Ground Contractor , is urgently hiring a full time Supervisor for our contract in Tupelo, MS. Manager Responsibilities: - Dispatch- Coordinate with terminal P&D - Coordinate and oversee operations of company vehicles - Coordinate with drivers to ensure deliveries and pick-ups are made on time- Assist drivers as needed- Oversee groundcloud route navigations and KPIs - Coordinate vehicle maintenance issues with Mechanic- May be required to drive when needed- Other duties and task as needed Requirements: - At least a min of 1 year of Supervisor-related experience preferred- Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills- Positive attitude to build team moral and retain drivers- Problem solving skills - Able to work independently - Strong leadership skillsMonday - Saturday $200 per dayPaid WeeklyPowered by JazzHR
