Our team of passionate professionals works collaboratively to deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Assistant Clinical Director BCBA to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the continuity of high-quality clinical services during a transitional period. The Interim Assistant Clinical Director will support the Clinical Director in overseeing our clinical programs, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. There is a strong potential for this position to become permanent, with opportunities for further career growth into the Clinical Director position based on performance and organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Clinical Director in managing and overseeing the clinical operations of our ABA programs.- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs.- Oversee your own smaller caseload - Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to clients.- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.- Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.- Participate in staff training and professional development initiatives.- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of clinical staff.- Support the Clinical Director in strategic planning and program development.**Qualifications:**- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing ABA services.- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting.- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.**Benefits:**- Competitive salary- Flexible work schedule- Supportive and collaborative work environment- Potential for role to become permanent- Opportunities for career advancement, including growth into the Clinical Director positionSunflower Development is an equal opportunity employer.
